What if we entered the new year committed to “rest” instead of “resolutions”? For 30 minutes each weekday morning, we’ll create “space for the spirit to breathe” (Rilke). I’ll offer a few minutes of instruction/contemplation, and then we’ll quietly rest in the goodness that emerges.
Savor the spaciousness and constancy in whatever ways gently nurture your spirit: meditate, write, dream, draw, sip a cup of tea, contemplate the beauty out your window, or simply rest and receive. You are welcome to join whenever you need the goodness of gentle rest.
