What if you were ready?

What action would you take today if you trusted that you have everything you need to bring your dream, your calling, your longing, your next version of self into being?

As you consider these questions, please be gentle with yourself, and remember:

1. You don’t have to do this on your own. You spent a lifetime proving that you are incredibly smart, independent, and capable. Well done! Truly. Here’s the thing: this next phase of your journey requires you to show up differently. It involves allowing yourself to receive and experience the safety and loving support of others who see the depth of your greatness. (It’s actually a lot less scary - and a lot more fun - than it sounds!)

2. You’ve got to listen deeply, create simply, and build strategically. You are invited to dance in the world of spirit and build in the world of practicalities as you create your beautiful + functional next steps in response to what you and your people truly need.

3. Taking action builds confidence and leads to results. When you take aligned actions — even small ones — you build confidence and trust in your own voice and vision. Moving out of the mode of exploring and planning and into the space of purposeful action is the easiest way to get your gifts into the world.

4. Your soulful service emerges through an iterative process. Testing, tweaking, and transforming your work as you go are all part of the adventure of bringing an idea to life. (No magic wands here.)

5. You need to be both bold and gentle to bring your calling into being. This journey requires that you approach yourself, others, and your calling with fierce commitment, exquisite tenderness, and spacious openness to all that might unfold.

6. You are more ready than you think you are. You can get your gifts out into the world with the time, knowledge, insight, and resources you already have. You are enough and you have enough to just begin. You are needed now - exactly as you are.
