October 15, 2023
The Nest
Underhill, Vermont
10:00 - 4:00
with Sienna DeVoe-Talluto and
Kristin DeVoe-Talluto
Step into a space of sanctuary and nurture your spirit with a day of movement, reflective writing, deep connections, time outdoors, and an optional sauna experience.
Autumn invites us to reflect on all that is unfolding and changing. It’s a time to gather goodness, celebrate beauty, and honor the spaces in our lives where we can let go. Inspired by sweeping mountain views and nurtured by the joy of being together, we’ll spend the day nourishing our bodies, hearts, and spirits with kindness and deep care.
In this retreat, yoga, community connection, creative expression, and shared laughter all become ways to remember the gift of who we are. Drawing on the energies of fall, we’ll create a sacred, cozy space where we can turn inward, let go, and receive.
Cost of the gathering:
$125 — includes all activities, access to the sauna and the grounds, lunch, snacks and tea.
There is space for 10 participants.
